Getting Started with Managed Services

Getting What's Right for You

A conversation with your Sales contact at Absolute will help you determine what managed services are right for you.  We will understand your systems, staff, pressing issues, budget and Lawson-based applications, using this information to recommend which services will serve you best.

Getting to Know You

We will ask you to complete a Client Discovery document, which will supply our technical team with more information about your systems.

Getting it on Paper

Depending on the nature of our agreement, we'll have you sign the tedious, but necessary paperwork.

Getting Together

We recommend your key personnel meet us either in person or via phone conference for a Kick Off meeting.  We'll discuss the next steps in the process, covering the details of the agreement, key contacts, areas of responsibility and basic procedures.

Getting Access

Now that we all know each other, we'll have you fill out a Server/Connection document where you'll give us the keys to the kingdom.  OK, well, you'll give us the access that's necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you!

Getting it Off the Ground

As our organizations work together to improve and maintain your Lawson-based systems, we'll learn more about each other.  This is where regular contact about what does/ does not work comes in.  You will hear from your Customer Relationship Manager monthly, and in the beginning of the agreement more often than that.

We enjoy working with our Managed Services clients, and we look forward to working with you!
