Our History
Absolute was founded in 1994 by Kent Jacobson. We are a privately held consulting firm based in Minneapolis, MN. Because of our location and reputation, we have the opportunity to hire from an abundance of high-level Lawson consulting experts. Overall, Absolute’s staff combine over 250 years of Lawson experience. As a Deltek® customer and service provider, we have developed time saving and efficient solutions to improve daily tasks. A little used trick is to perform SQL queries against the LDAP Resource Manager data for Lawson user and group information. LBI Reporting can list group assignments, check which users are using LS security vs. LAUA, check when users were modified or filter on any Resource Manager field. By using SQL calls, this data is also available to Process Flow and Smart Notifications.
