OUR UPGRADE METHOD
Absolute recommends at minimum three upgrade iterations (Pre, Test & Prod). We
have been doing upgrades since version 5, so we know the special considerations
and tricks for a speedy upgrade.
We don't follow the standard playbook; we wrote our own.
