"Team Absolute continues to do a phenomenal job for our company. They have proposed and installed sound upgrades, from a server system to firewall control to a virus protection system which has made our entire network system the most stable and secure it has been. MENTORING/TRAINING

We do not provide Training classes...

Hold on…we have good reason! We encourage our customers to get their foundational, comprehensive training from Lawson. Once a foundation is established, let us help you apply that knowledge to your specific situation. Ask us all those questions you wish you could have asked your Trainer.

We do provide Mentoring

In general, Mentoring occurs when someone with more experience and knowledge spends time with someone with less experience and knowledge (in a specific area). The intention is that the Mentor helps the other person by drawing on their personal life events and lessons learned. Mentors care about seeing others not only advance, but excel.

This is what our Team Absolute Consultants do with your team. We sit with you one-on-one and address the information you need to succeed.

  • Understand your points of pain
  • Explain the principles at work in your Lawson suite so you can understand the "why" behind the "how"
  • Bring experience of how other companies in your vertical handle their system
  • Join with you to resolve your pain
  • Take you to the next level of your Lawson usage
  • Use the proven methodology of the Absolute SuccessMap
Mentoring is a helping and learning relationship between an experienced person (mentor) who shares his knowledge, experience and insights and a less-experienced person who seeks to profit from this exchange.
